Used Laptops and Accessories

The warranty
period is 90 days beginning from the date of purchase.

To request
warranty service simply call Toll Free at 1-888-694-3150.

If warranty
service is required, you will be issued a Warranty
Authorization Number (WAN). Simply send the laptop to
IndyLaptops.com/Home & Office Computer in the original or
comparable packaging with the Warranty Authorization Number
clearly marked on at least 2 side of the package. We
recommend Insuring the package for the purchase price of the
laptop.

IndyLaptops.com/Home & Office Computer will return the
repaired or replacement product(s) to you at no charge.

This warranty excludes damage
caused by abuse (accidental or otherwise), improper
electrical connections such as
non-grounded
electrical plugs , adapters for European style plugs
and problems caused
by use of parts and components not supplied by
IndyLaptops.com/Home & Office Computer.

Typical
turnaround time is 5-7 business days from receipt of the
product for service.
ATTENTION: Before shipping the laptop to IndyLaptops.com for
service, be sure to back up any critical data on
the hard-disk drive(s) and any other storage device in the
laptop. Data loss is not covered under this warranty.
We may use new, used or reconditioned parts at our discretion in
performing warranty repairs or configuring replacement products.
If IndyLaptops.com repairs or replaces a product, its warranty
period is not extended from the original invoice date.
Any unauthorized Warranty
Authorization Number will not be accepted and will be
returned/refused to the sender at his/her expense.
We're committed to working with our customers to process all warranty
repairs in
a timely and courteous manner.
